The entire series of products can add 30%-60% PCR without changing the original performance. These products have been used by many customers and are fully mature technologies. For example, in the field of chemical building materials, the thickness of stretch hood film is generally 120 mic. In recent years, more and more customers are willing to use 100 mic or even 90 mic. From 120 mic to 90 mic, the thickness of the film is reduced by 25%, and the amount of film used is reduced by 25%.
Through the innovation of the process, the strength of the film is increased and the amount of film used is reduced. For example, the stretch film is most suitable for the production of stretch film by the casting process, but the weakness of the film produced by the casting process is its low strength.
